MEDEDELING !!
Door de Brexit komen titels die uit de UK afkomstig zijn nog altijd
met vertraging binnen. Soms valt het mee en duurt het slechts 2-3
weken, maar het komt helaas ook voor dat we 4 weken of meer moeten
wachten. We doen ons best om alles zo goed en snel mogelijk te
regelen, maar het blijft lastig...

| Omschrijving | The Swiss-Italian progressive metal band VIRTUAL
SYMMETRY was formed as a solo project by guitarist
Valerio Ęsir Villa in 2009, when the first ideas
for the debut album Message From Eternity were
taking shape. The band`s line-up has since
expanded and now includes vocalist Marco
Pastorino, keyboardist Marco Mark Bravi, bassist
Alessandro Poppale and drummer Alfonso Mocerino.
A revelation in the progressive metal universe,
the band amazes their fans and listeners with
influences ranging from classical music to
contemporary metal and a style characterized by
epic suites, rich in cinematic elements and a
balance between melody and technique, taking the
listener on a dynamic and emotional journey in
every track. Among their live shows, some
honorable mentions include 2015`s debut live show
with Evergrey and Dream Theater, 2017`s live show
supporting Deep Purple`s keyboardist Don Airey.
Between 2018 and 2020 the band composed and
produced their third album, Exoverse, which was
recorded at Peter Gabriel`s Real World Studios in
Bath, UK, with many special guests including
legendary drummer Thomas Lang, the return of Dream
Theaters keyboardist Jordan Rudess , saxophonist
Ruben Paganelli, the Sinfonietta Consonus symphony
orchestra and Tom S. Englund of Evergrey. With our
new album we managed to combine our best qualities
and select the best Virtual Symmetry songs so far.
The classic prog metal hallmarks with some very
cool touches, a couple of choruses sung in our
mother tongue, the Italian language, a very long
suite as the album`s opener and more. We can`t
wait to meet you all during the upcoming European
tour with metal masters Evergrey! |
